About Valley To Valley Senior Care Center
A Place of Dignity, Compassion, and Purpose
Valley to Valley Senior Care Center exists for one reason: to honor aging adults with dignity, compassion, and meaningful care while supporting the families who love them.
Our program affords each participant a place where dignity, confidence, security, and independence are assured in a caring and professional environment that adds joy to their quality of life. We believe that aging should never mean being forgotten, isolated, or treated as a burden.
Every senior deserves to be valued, respected, and cared for with kindness. At the same time, we recognize the reality caregivers face. Families who care for aging loved ones often carry a heavy load.
They juggle work, home life, appointments, and emotional strain, all while wanting the very best for the senior in their care. Valley to Valley exists to provide caregivers with a break from daily routines while assuring that their loved ones receive quality care from a compassionate and professional staff. Whether a caregiver needs a few hours, a full day, or ongoing support, we are here so families can rest, work, and live with peace of mind.
Our Heart and Christian Foundation
Valley to Valley was founded on Christian values and a deep belief that caring for seniors should honor God. Our goal is to care for each person in a manner that pleases the Lord, recognizing every senior as someone created with worth, purpose, and dignity.
There is a fellowship time in our daily rhythm. Prayer is offered at meals, and Christian materials are available for those who desire them. If one is not Christian, alternatives are always available. Participation in spiritual activities is never required. Every individual is respected, and all are welcome.
Our faith shapes how we love, serve, and protect those in our care. It is expressed through compassion, patience, integrity, and genuine concern for each person’s well-being.
Who We Serve
Many seniors require assistance with Activities of Daily Living, medication management, or monitoring due to dementia, chronic illness, or physical limitations. Others simply need a safe place to be during the day where they can remain active and socially connected.
Participants may attend one to five days a week, for a full day or a half day. Walk-in and drop-in care may be available as space permits. We help with ADLs, provide rest areas, assist with toileting and hygiene, and serve breakfast, lunch, and healthy snacks. Medication administration is available as needed.
We operate Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility when special needs arise.
Excellence in Care
Valley to Valley is recognized by the State of Colorado as a Specialized Care provider. Our facility, kitchen, and services have consistently received excellent ratings during inspections. We have been recognized by the Alzheimer’s Association as Leaders in Dementia Care.
Our staff are:
- Background checked through CBI
- Drug tested
- Certified in senior and dementia care
- Committed to continued education
We provide RN and nursing oversight and maintain high standards in every area of care.
Activities are a vital part of daily life here. Seniors enjoy crafts such as sewing, painting, puzzles, and woodworking projects, along with music, games, movies, light exercise, and outdoor time. Crafts may be taken home, used in fundraising projects, or displayed in the Center. We also host special events, outings, and community days that allow seniors to socialize and stay connected.
Our goal is not simply to supervise, but to enrich. We strive to enhance families’ time together, helping create lasting memories during the later seasons of life.
A Place of Connection and Hope
Having a loved one attend Valley to Valley is not degrading or embarrassing. It is a place of connection where limitations are taken in stride and life is lifted up with joy for both the caregiver and the aging adult.
We believe seniors should remain part of their community. Our program allows aging adults to stay in their homes while receiving the care and companionship they need. Caregivers are strengthened. Seniors remain engaged. Families stay whole.
Valley to Valley is more than a care center. It is a community rooted in Christian faith, dignity, and love for every person who walks through our doors.
